You will make a 100% payment upfront, and the artist will receive 100% payout once the artwork creation is completed and validated.
To ensure fair treatment for both parties, we implemented clear regulations for refunds or cancellations.
If the artist declines the job, then you will be refunded, and the order will be canceled without any payout.
If you cancel the order before the artist starts working on it, they will be refunded in full.
However, if the artist has already started working on the job, a partial refund may be offered depending on the progress mode.
