This is a 3D animation. I like to experiment with forms, colors and textures first. It's very abstract, but from the moment I add a pair of eyes to it this form becomes a character! When I look at her I see a diva, someone a bit arrogant. So I animated her with that attitude as if she is checking you out. I find her funny, but it's probably best to not show that to her ;-)
